Welcome to Cairns

During our morning flight to Cairns the captian made a special announcement. "Happy Birthday to Janelle and Thalia." What a special birthday -- flying over the "Top End of Australia." We arrived in beautiful balmy tropical Queensland late morning. This was also our goodbye to Melissa, our People to People Observation Traveler. Check out the group hug! In the afternoon the delegates met their host families for a two night homestay. We will all meet at the beach this evening for a BBQ. I will post photos now while service is good. Enjoy.
